What are the things that you absolutely love to do?
What do you have a passion for doing that you can carry on for hours and say, “I will do this whether I’m paid or not.”(?) This might very well be your God-given calling—your place of grace.
Personally speaking, I would do exactly what I’m doing now, whether I was paid or not. I would keep on writing my books. I would continue preaching the Gospel, and teaching God’s Word, because these things are my passion. This is my calling. No, I’m not influential or wealthy, and have actually given away more books than I’ve sold. Nor am I a Christian “celebrity” but as a minister of the Gospel for almost 26 years, my heart’s desire is still—to serve—and to give. This is my dream.
Dear friend, Whatever your calling and passion in life may be, just do it and be faithful, and even when it appears no one else notices, please realize that GOD DOES. So, let’s be faithful. Pray. Plan. Purpose. Pursue. Persevere. Your faith truly pleases the heavenly Father and rest assured, loved one, His smile shines upon you.
